The Rehancement Group, Inc., is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our Government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients.  We are currently seeking a Program Analyst I to join our TRG team in Vienna, VA supporting the DOJ. This position requires personnel to hold a fully adjudicated and current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and possess a current Polygraph for access to classified information and classified areas.


  • Knowledge of project management support to complex studies such as:
  • Clerical support on automation and technical efforts that may impact operations.
  • Studies or evaluations that may involve any aspect of the organization and include the recommendation, or technical efforts that effect operations.
  • Knowledge of established administrative procedures and requirements related to proper methods for creating, storing and maintaining records.
  • Knowledge of data gathering methods and data sources to collect or assist in the collection of information for the organizations project.
  • Ability to attain the basic understanding of the organization and its processes, goals, achievements and direction of programs as well as understanding of overall program objectives.
  • Proficiency in routine computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer), Mozilla Firefox and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
  • Ability to demonstrate good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a small-team environment.
  • Ability to apply complex direction, including Standard operating Procedures and Operations Manual documentation as well as appropriate oral and written guidance received.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field of analysis.
  • Experience using MS programs, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word documents and SharePoint.
  • Experience researching and analyzing data, written information, and programmatic outcome to assess risks, formulate recommendations, and present written analysis and data which aligns with organizational goals.
  • Experience writing and producing data/resource-focused summary papers, reports, and briefs from data related to research and operational outcomes.
