The Rehancement Group, Inc., is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our Government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients.  We are currently seeking a Training Specialist I to join our TRG team in Vienna, VA supporting the DOJ. This position requires personnel to hold a fully adjudicated and current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and possess a current Polygraph for access to classified information and classified areas.


  • Proficient in utilizing routine computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Internet Explorer), Mozilla Firefox and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually as well as in small-team environment.
  • Ability to consistently and appropriately apply complex direction, including Standard Operating Procedures and Operations Manual documentation as well as appropriate oral and written guidance received.
  • Ability to gather research from across numerous academic disciplines and synthesize research into leading-edge training programs meeting the internal and external training requirements.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build working relationships and collaborate with employees and at all levels of management.
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of training processes, procedures, best practices.
  • Ability to manage projects and multitask, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • 1 year of relevant experience in conducting research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training materials
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
