Responsibilities

The Rehancement Group has a new opportunity for a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join their team in Reston, VA. We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to perform full life cycle recruiting of technical positions and experience with gov’t contracting and commercial client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying candidates for openings on existing prime contracts and subcontracts as well as identifying candidates for proposal efforts.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Minimum of three to five (years) of Technical Recruiting experience including sourcing and recruiting candidates with security clearances to include TS SCI CI Poly and FS Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a high volume, fast paced work and collaborative environment working.  
  • Proven ability to recruit for Technical positions on both prime contracts and subcontracts
  • Proven experience within gov’t contracting and commercial work including networking and sourcing positions for data analytics, research and intelligence analysts, security, acquisition, supply chain, records management, administrative and corporate functions.
  • Proven ability to conduct extensive Internet mining and social networking tactics for sourcing the best qualified candidates and building a network for passive candidates
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers to clarify and qualify government requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, desired iCIMS
  • Strong understanding of EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines
  • Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handing sensitive and proprietary information
  •  Desired: Human Resources experience on-boarding, new hire orientation, employee relations and HR file management
