We an upcoming opportunity to join our team, supporting a federal client in Washington, DC. This position requires a minimum of an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

 

The Management and Program Analyst shall perform a variety of in-depth management/program analyses functions and present alternatives, conclusions and recommendations to management for development and execution of proposed activities.   

 

  • Perform a variety of management/program functions for the organization
  • Plan, initiate, coordinate and conduct in-depth studies involving a wide variety of work operations including, but not limited to, budget and financial management, compliance management, human resource forecasting and planning, facilities management, strategic planning, and/or training that have a direct impact on operations and missions of CD
  • Assess and recommend appropriate personnel actions and resource levels necessary to evaluate individual operations and functions for the purpose of ascertaining improvement, efficiency, effectiveness, modification, and/or recommendations for better management and operational goals
  • Conduct detailed, in-depth analysis of program activities and present alternatives, conclusions, and recommendations to management for the development of execution of proposed activities
  • Study, analyze and develops methods to improve the accuracy and adequacy of information systems
  • Gather, interprets, analyzes and correlates narrative, workload and statistical data regarding the functions, workload and productivity of the program
  • Revise methods for collecting data; develop and/or adopt new productivity measures
  • Research and analyze existing policies, reports, files, guidelines, directives, laws, statues, objectives, operations, and available resources
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to management officials
  • Prepare reports that present findings, cite applicable policies, identify causative situations, and recommend corrective actions

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience or Associate's Degree and four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • Candidates must possess a minimum or an active Top Secret clearance
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written communication
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Internet search abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as a group

  • Prior government contracting experience preferred
