The Rehancement Group (TRG) is seeking a Deputy Project Manager - Records Management  to join our team in supporting a Federal client in Alexandria, VA.

This position requires an Active Top Secret clearance.


Job Description: 

Perform routine records management and clerical functions to assist client in data entry, quality assurance, corrections/print labels, space management, recordkeeping, destruction of records, and other records management functions.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Senior expert that possesses demonstrated knowledge, extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations.

  • Determines and monitors budget and human resources
  • Provide administrative management and reporting of the electronic data. Establishes and/or maintains authorized user list, record types, space management, retrieval profiles, standard reports, records disposition, user training, and other related administrative
  • Also knowledge and understanding of inventory functions including, but not limited to filing mail, retrieving and returning files to the shelf, inventorying records, boxing records for shipment, inventorying records, disposition concepts and records lifecycle management. Perform data entries in proprietary



Required Experience and Technical Qualifications: 


  • High School Diploma or Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree and/or equivalent specialized experience in management or leading teams in the management or leading teams in the military
  •  Active DOD Top Secret
  •  Five years’ experience in information and records management applications with particular expertise involving records inventory management systems/applications administration.
  •  Records program experience should include development, data integrity maintenance, space management, records type structures, and data retrieval.
  •  Ability to work in a warehouse.
  •  Experience in managing and leading
  •  Experience in client relationship management and presenting metrics to client in formal structure format.
  •  Capable of performing quantitative and qualitative work that is measured in final product and/or production.
  •  Capable of lifting up to 25-40 lbs.
  •  Ability to climb up and down ladders to access shelving and files. Access may be performed using ladders or work assist vehicles
