TRG has an immediate need for multiple Records Disposition Clerks to support our DOJ Data and Records Management Division in Alexandria, VA.


This position requires an Active Top Secret clearance.


Records Disposition will support our existing Data and Records Management Division work with dispositioning and clerical functions to assist client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Possess demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks and/or organizations.
  • Evaluates option in the context of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction.
  • Supports project objectives through activities such as conducting interviews, gathering data, and developing recommendations in support of project objectives. Directs the activities of staff as necessary.
  • Experience assimilating information from various sources, analyzing existing processes, developing alternatives based on business process requirements to ensure data integrity is maintained. Demonstrated problem solving skills and knowledge of records management policies.
  • Applies lessons learned from observation/analysis of processes to develop efficiencies/process improvements. Lead teams of analysts working on complex large scale issues requiring research, analysis, planning, documentation, and technical support.
  • Proposes and/or develops methodologies for information and records management solutions.
  • Consultant level will also have demonstrated proficiency in the use of information technology, telecommunications, or security systems, through exposure such as publications, research, teaching and speeches. Utilizes this expertise to provide advice to the client's records inventory, data system utilization and functionality, records scheduling, and other records management issues.


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Active DOD Top Secret Clearance.
  • 1-3 years of experience performing support related services.
  • Experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Competent in general clerical principals, practices and techniques; organizing and maintaining files and records database/recordkeeping systems, preparing routine, non-complex documents, and taking technical direction from a diverse group of federal employees.
  • Knowledge of MS Office to include Word and Excel. Familiarity working with databases.
  • Capable of performing quantitative and qualitative work that is measured in final product and/or production.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders to access shelving and files. Access may be performed using ladders or work assist vehicles.
