TRG has immediate opportunities for Management and Program Analysts to join our team on our team at DOJ in Washington, D.C. This position requires an Active Top Secret with eligibility for SCI and willingness to take a CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze existing policies, reports, files, guidelines, directives, laws, statutes, objectives, operations, and available resources. Interpret, clarify, coordinate, implement, and/or recommend policies, procedures, instructions, and requirements for the organization/program.

 

Compose memoranda, executive summaries, analytical narratives, detailed statistical or descriptive reports, and/or concise graphs/charts in order to present sound recommendations.

 

Analyze policies and procedures to determine the impact on and effect of such regulations on current and future operations. Revise methods for collecting data; develop and/or adopt new productivity measures.

 

Arrange and conduct meetings with external representatives to review their respective organization's programs, functions, operational practices, organizational plans, policies, procedures, and prior evaluations.

Qualifications

  • An Active Top Secret with eligibility for SCI CI Polygraph clearance is required.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university or two (2) to three (3) years relevant work experience in business management, project management, financial management, business analysis. Military experience may be substituted for some years of experience.
  • Will also consider Bachelor's degree and several internships focused on supporting federal clients with demonstrated knowledge base in business and government.
  • Have knowledge and experience with government regulations, policies, and limitations within their scope of responsibilities
  • Demonstrate experience in oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and rationale behind actions and recommendations.
  • Proficient with software programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or Access). SharePoint is desired.
  • Highly Desired but not required knowledge of any intelligence databases.
  • Familiarity is highly desirable in critical thinking, statistics, data oriented.
